Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At Leinsberg, Inc., we provide high-quality digital marketing, SEO, web development, and branding services. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our B2B services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced or a project has been initiated, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, Content, Marketing)
For ongoing, month-to-month retainer services:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing written notice to support@leinsberg.com at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Upon cancellation notice, services will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Setup Fees: Any initial setup, audit, or onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable as they cover immediate labor and software costs incurred by our team.
3. Project-Based Services (Web Development, Branding)
For fixed-fee, project-based work:
- Deposits: Upfront deposits required to commence a project are non-refundable. This secures your spot in our production queue and covers initial strategy and design phases.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of specific project milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been approved or delivered.
- Project Cancellation: If you choose to terminate a project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice, at our standard hourly rate. If the deposit exceeds the value of work completed, the remaining balance will be refunded.
4. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
We request that you contact us directly at support@leinsberg.com to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of all services, withholding of deliverables, and potential legal action to recover lost funds and fees.
5. Exceptions
In the rare event that Leinsberg, Inc. is entirely unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
